Larger Picture Distilled (LPD): Constitutions like America's do not grant (especially) Basic Human rights such as the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Everyone is born with those rights. Constitutions, in my humble opinion, protect you from me and me froom you. They are more of a government gurantee rather than a granted right. I.e. One cannot be granted life. AE
