MOTION TO RECONSIDER BASED ON CUE

​Motion to Reconsider a claim for an [innocently acquired psychiatric disability - See Clemons v Shinseki] which stands a rating decision dated March 3, 2005. I guess I might as well continue you'll catch up. Hint: my records were available but we're either not in front of the adjudicator at the time or they were overlooked. VA received them 3 years later. Documentary evidence lives in my C-File that my and so on. Annnnd so forth. Well, that's something to mull over before you hang me or burn me at the stake. God that sounds like something The Don of Con Trump would say. I'm sorta writing my memories if you will in this forum. I figured out this works best. You're gonna see for sure as this blog ages up and becomes viable. Annnnd I don't really care much if that makes sense or not but neither does nuclear conflict or worse yet, all out WWIII!!!  

So yeah, it's flying season for me. I'm talking about my  X-Plane hobby. Version 12 is out. Plus I have to renew my prescription to PilotEdge.com. $179.00 per year I think. Lemme go ✔️
