Donald Mayer Blinken^[3] (November 11, 1925 – September 22, 2022) was an American businessman and diplomat.^[4][5] He served as the United States Ambassador to Hungary from 1994 to 1997. His son, Antony Blinken, is the current Secretary of State to United States President Joe Biden.
