Encoded and out in the front of the leading edge on this one but he actually settled for THAT? Well, then I guess in all its' nonsensicalness, to coin a word, it's to be believed. Plausible all the while not just de facto. Put somewhat less cryptically, remembering the definitions of the word plausible, 

the word scales came to mind soon enough. Thinking the scales the blind Lady of Justice holds, the thoughts eventually meandered into the Reasonableness Doctrine and all sorts of good stuff...

By the way, I just recalled that that all grows from seeds planted in codification, to be excessively formal. This is just an informational blog. Hopefully educational but that's up to the reader I just present the material. Usually. Sometimes I comment on things and sometimes I ramble. So? It's my fucking blog. Don't like it leave.
