VA's Definition of Substantially Gainful Employment

There was a case heard before the CAVC - Ray v. Wilkie, that spurred this to happen. For 27 years the Courts had been prodding the Secretary to provide a definition of SGE. Finally, they revised their Adjudication Manual and this is what they came up with. Sure doesn't clear the air much. Goes to show you....
