Ok. Enough of that nonsense is what I plead for to be curtailed . Fact is, Carol penned an extremely inflammatory nasty gram to the Director of the Des Moines VA Regional Office (VARO) back in 2007. In that letter, she complains about, among a smorgasbord of other things, about the VA making appointments with little notice resulting, ultimately, in apparently significant hardship including financially, emotionally and physically. At that time, she assertively ensured that she had already annoyed the shit out of the poor sap VSR deep in the bowels of the VA's gut wrenchingly complex machinery, meaning the disability claims process or system if you wanna call it that. See now, why people say it has the fine motor skills of a dinosaur?
